Subscribe — To use the service, users need to visit the mKiddo app or website. After registration, users will be asked to register with their mobile number, then an OTP will be sent for verification. Once verification is complete, users will see the package page. After purchasing the desired package, the user will get access to mKiddo. After registration, users will then be asked to create a profile for their children and select their interests. Then the users will be taken to the homepage where they can view the content.
Unsubscribe — To unsubscribe, users will have to go to the menu bar on the app or web version of mKiddo and click the unsubscribe button. Users will be opted out from the service. A confirmation popup will appear with yes/no button.
If there is any valid claim of refund by any registered user, Momagic will arrange it with no further delay. Refund claims will be judged as per the governing law of Bangladesh and consumer rights law of Bangladesh.
